Phone Numbers of Health Institutions
Government of India has repeatedly requesting for the details of Health institutions and Health staff for Mass Mailing system. Therefor I request that you may take special interest in this matter to collect the same and forward the same to this office in the proforma attached, preferably through e-mail.
